Automated organoid injection system

Designed, programmed, and built an automated intramuscular stem-cell delivery system for surgical implantation in thyroid regeneration, owning development from concept through execution.
Engineered dual-leadscrew mechanism in Fusion 360 and fabricated the system through FDM printing.
Designed the custom PCB and C/C++ firmware for interrupt-driven motion, mass-based dose titration, and the automated injection workflow.
Authored a technology disclosure and supported the patent application; delivered a functional prototype and secured a patent within one year while leading FDA De Novo proceedings.

Vaginal ring for probiotic delivery

Designed a novel vaginal ring for controlled probiotic delivery using proprietary hydrogels and SLA printing.
Developed a scalable hydrogel-based bacterial macroparticle manufacturing process.
Optimized lyophilization excipients and cryoprotectants for viability during freeze-drying and storage.
Developed a photometry-based bacterial release assay to accelerate formulation screening.
Awarded the MIT Koch Institute Image Award in recognition of this research as the youngest recipient in MIT history.

Produced and validated bacterial clones for heterologous expression using molecular cloning techniques.

An infection control and data analytics platform that provides real-time hand hygiene corrective feedback for healthcare providers and contact tracing + compliance reports for hospitals.
Built an ESP32 + DW3000 wristband with approximately 10 cm ranging accuracy in cluttered, non-line-of-sight conditions.
Implemented Kalman-filtered trilateration and overlaid real-time position on photogrammetry-based Polycam ward models for infrastructure-free hygiene tagging.
Built a Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Next.js, and React telemetry and analytics platform.
Conducted 50+ discovery interviews and secured verbal pilot sponsorship from John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital.
Received the Hoveida Foundation Commitment to Entrepreneurship Prize at the Cozad New Venture Challenge.

Designed migrations for categories, invite-only groups, multi-completion logging, and MCAT-section tagging.
Designed normalized question-bank and per-user interaction data models, analytics dashboards, full-text filtering, authentication, email workflows, and usage and cost tracking.
Built a Manifest V3 Chrome extension with AI-assisted OCR and text extraction, screen capture, passive activity telemetry, automatic content detection, and bidirectional synchronization with the web application.
